all colour correction appointments need consultations prior to booking. please reach out to us on Instagram with your 2 year hair history, inspo pics + current hair in natural lighting.
ARRIVE ON TIME/POLICY:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be rescheduled. No shows will be charged the full service. cancellations need to be made 48 hours in advance or you will automatically be charged a $100 Cancellation fee. Refusal to pay will result in your card being charged the FULL amount as stated on our website via www.loftminimale.com/policy
